Remember playing that for the first time, brought my psx over to a buddies house along with SF:alpha. anywho we played it and remember my buddies girlfriend just freak right out when she grabbed the shotgun and didn't replace it with the broken one. She got squished.

Bought an immaculate console off eBay, turned out to be an SCPH-9002, my chipped one is an SCPH-5002. The lasers are incompatible with each other.

I honestly can't really remember much of when I first played RE 1 & 2.
It was a time when myself and some friends would get together on weekends and smoke shitloads of weed, drink and play games

-buy new laser off ebay (I looked them up recently, at least one asian seller has info on what type you need for what model).
-get free used consoles irl, or pay $10 for one if you're really desperate (pawn shop).

Only pawn shop I know of is Cash Converters and I haven't seen a PS1 in there for fucking years.

There is a laser on eBay from China (right model) for like £6 shipped. I'm just extremely skint at the moment.

Cash Converters is where I usually check what's around atm
Last time I was in there they had a couple of greys and about 6 or so slims.
Funnily, they sell the slims for $15 (probably based on them being more recent).

All I got last time was a memory unit for an original xbox, and Naval Assault for x360.........what a terrible game

I'd attach Naval Assault to a brick and throw it through their window. POS.
