I'd rather have a glitch hacked slim to be honest.

    Definitely!

Still better than a Jailbroken PS3 though.

I think iD should just remake the first two Quake games.

It's good so far. I'll have to play it a bit longer to really get a feel for it.

iD should remake Doom 1 & 2 in HD as well.

Oh yes. With more of a plot than just getting a few key cards.

Also is Rage just like Borderlands? That's the impression I got from the trailers?

I wouldn't say that it's 'just like Borderlands', though there's definitely some similarities.

Anyway, forget the trailers. Have you seen the gameplay footage they showcased featuring some of the singleplayer stages?

Nah, so far it's not like Borderlands really. There's absolutely no RPG elements, and the setting is way darker.

Also there's more than one vehicle.

Unfortunately right now while I'm playing some of the textures aren't showing. I wonder if something happened while I was extracting and happened to corrupt some of the textures. I should really re-extract it and re-transfer it I guess. Because some of the textures look weird/ugly right now.

Doesn't use the Unreal engine does it?

Whatever engine Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine uses, it's well written.
