I'm actually not sure, I think its meduim, because for most games (except uncharted games) I usually start on meduim, but there are some parts that are making me wonder if I started on hard. Is there a way to check?

I didn't notice much of a difference on the early levels. I never finished it. Maybe hard is more challenging on the later levels?

Ah, I'm playing medium, I reckon hard would be very do-able, in the games defense I forget to use the fairys and holy water and demon summon thing alot, so its really not that bad, titan fights can get a little frustrating if you lose patience though. All the same I definitely recommend it.
