I just spent a couple of minutes trying to figure out how to get through a door on the other side of a bed of spikes.
The door would close as soon as I ran over the spikes, without giving me enough time to roll under the door.
Apparently all I had to do was throw a Shadow Dagger at the button from the other side of the bed of spikes. Didn't have to run at all.



Whatever. Chapter 5 is done.

This actually does make me feel loads better. At least I'm not the only one who didn't get it for a few tries.

I'm usually pretty good at puzzles (if this can even be called a proper puzzle), but oh my god it was ridiculous. I remember ranting to my boyfriend about it.

I'm usually really good at puzzles as well. Not fantastic, but I can usually stare at it for a few minutes if I don't get it right away, and then figure it out.
This one... not so much. I think it took me about five minutes, all told. The only thing that clued me in at all was the endless supply of daggers that were sitting right next to the button.

I've been trying to gain some levels in Uncharted 2 this evening, but I just suck too badly to earn medals with any sort of efficiency. I was doing decently until I got matched with like eight level 50+ people. Then I decided to call it a night.

If it's anything like Call of Duty, they are matching you based on skillz.

Anyways. Out to pick up a friend from work. Later all.
