    I'm a terrible customer.

    Maybe Saboteur.

I definitely agree that they get to be a pain in the ass to move around, though. And yeah, it definitely sucked selling them all off, but it had to be done. I kept most of the ones that I still play on a regular basis (all of the Mega Mans, Super Mario Bros. 1-3, both Zeldas, Metroid, all three Castlevania, and a couple of other random ones), and I've since picked up a few games again from garage sales (sadly, not in the original boxes), but I just can't afford to spend that much money on games anymore. What with rent and all that. Although once I quit smoking and cancel my cable, I'll be saving about $200/month. Might use some of that money to start collecting again.
Hey dude, best of luck quitting the cigs... it's definitely an expensive habit, and not always an easy one to kick, but you can do it if your mind is made up. Also, using some of the money for collecting might ease the blow a bit.

Woah, that's quite a collection Drageuth. How many English-released NES games were there in total? Or were you dipping into Japanese imports too?

Isn't it a bitch? I only ever commit without being able to pay straight away if its the last one and its too good a deal, and then I will contact them to let them know and always pay the next day, rub your balls all over the disc and case.

Between officially licensed games between NTSC and PAL releases, there are 799. There's somewhere around 850 if you include unlicensed games, which I had a few of. I think there are somewhere in the region of 770 North American released titles.

    Wildfire sold for £95.

A few games have been paid for too, I can almost afford the HTC Mozart.

Or buy a 250GB WD drive and stick it in there. The slims don't even use a proprietary connector. The shell is just so that it fits more snugly in the hole.

I got a £30 drive off eBay already formatted. I know it's been run through HDDhackr. Not even mad, yo.

And it only took 3 days to make.

Exactly. Did it come in a shell? If so, that's fantastic. It's about what you'd pay for the HDD alone unformatted here, then another $3-5 for the shell.

Yep, in a fake looking Chinese shell at that, but it fits and works perfectly so I don't care.

Heh, yeah. When the 360 at my dad's RROD'd, he went out and bought a slim. We took the 250GB HDD out of his laptop that my brother smoked, flashed it, and just kind of jimmied it into the 360 HDD slot. It felt a bit loose, so we ended up taping fun foam bumpers onto it. I think our solution is cheaper than yours.
