That's quite a computer. It should be fine (usually, you can stretch a good PSU a bit farther than it's rated, but I wouldn't advise it. Not that it's an issue in this case.) I would go for a bit of a beefier PSU though, just so you have some headroom for the future.

It's not bad, but it does have it's quirks. Also, there isn't near the amount of customization. Honestly though, with FF6, I really haven't had any memory whoring problems.

Eh, as long as the OS install isn't that old it shouldn't really matter. The only problems I've had is that if I leave the browser open for like, 12 hours, it'll have some odd GUI glitches. Like, I won't be able to see highlighted text, etc.
