That was my problem. I would enjoy buying new games, but I wouldn't spend enough time with them. Lately I've been forcing myself to keep on playing one game at a time for longer durations. It has curbed my spending habits and has been a rewarding experiment.

Played some more Batman AA today. It's not boring, just very, very slow.

Does it ever get used at all?

The primary reason for the glitches, other than dust buildup, was a wearing down of the 10NES lockout circuit on the 72-pin connector. The more you used it, the faster it would wear down, to the point where legitimate games might not even run anymore because the lockout pin didn't recognize it as a legitimate game.

The best way I've ever found around it is to use a Game Genie.

Seriously. I hardly ever have to blow in my games to get them started, and I haven't had it glitch in years.

Pretty much how I have my living room set up. I lie on the couch with my TV just at a bit of an angle, and my laptop right next to me. It's pretty fair.

Ignore everything Sprung says about it, it's a brilliant game.

I have a permanent metal retainer behind my teeth.

I hope it doesn't catch on anything.

I've heard more people who have had fun with it than not, and since Sprung hates pretty much anything that doesn't start with "Mass" and end in "Effect," I'm just going to ignore pretty much everything he says.

We both know it's not long enough for that.
