Not yet. I talked to my contact at Gamestop today. Apparently they have pulled all their copies of DX off the shelves instead of opening the boxes and removing the OnLive code. He knew what I was talking about, and said if he got hold of any of the codes, he'd call me.

What did they do with the copies then?

Shift to run

Ctrl to crouch.

The default settings in every game.

Which usually gets changed to q to use and e to reload with x being crouch.
