Need to sell stuff to make money for depositAbsolutly sucks, but if it means we can move, I'm all for it.
As far as I'm aware, there isn't a marketplace for vB4, and the rep hack was part of the marketplace.
Or something along those lines.
People take Rep too seriously.
People constantly exploited it (check the leaderboards for instance, members who have been here a year or two outdo people who have been online for half a decade, the top guy hasn't been online in for-fucking-ever and got there through rep spam)
So, in summation, the people who take rep seriously have decided that unlimited rep allows for exploiting the system. As such, we're not bringing back unlimited rep.
And those of us that don't take rep seriously do not give enough of a shit to argue otherwise. Frankly, I couldn't care less about who has more imaginary points.

You'd better be ebaying or sharing some of that wealth, good sir.
Because this holds promise.
By which I mean most of us are broke as fuck and making money off of GS' cheapness would make you legendary in my book.
But then there's the possibility that would lead to you sending rep messages instead of posting.
I, for one, do not condone anything that leads to fewer Mistral posts.
Partially because it brings the board IQ up a little.
And with folks like BlackCitadel hanging around, we need all the help we can get.![]()
No, I am not.
However that's largely because I don't feel the need to get involved with another game service. Particularly one I don't exactly see myself spending any considerable quantities of cash on (PC gaming is deeeaaaaddd, Ray is brooooke).
Free games easily remedy things like that. Just saying is all.![]()
I suppose it could be defined as PC gaming, but I primarily use the microconsole on my TV, and since it has a wireless controller, it's far removed from PC gaming. Whenever I do use the PC client, it's with a wired 360 controller. I do not play the titles that are keyboard/mouse only. (which is why I won't play the original DX)
