Although if Lancer's backhands have the power to cure rapists, that would be one awesome superpower. But it also begs the question of whether or not it can cure Shiki.

Also, I find that this is the ending where that's possible to be quite funny. Shinji gets to live the rest of his life watching Shirou bang Rin 24/7. The perfect punishment.
