I just modified both of my xbox 360 sticks and now they work with almost every console. If any of you enjoy playing fighting games on an Arcade stick I highly recommend that you get a TE Kitty board for your existing Madcatz TE stick or a MC Cthulu board.

Some quick generalizations to clear things up.

1) The TE Kitty/VLX boards piggy back off the Xbox 360 Madcats TE PCB's. NO SOLDERING REQUIRED!
2) If you have a PS3 stick I recommend a MC Cthulu board and a hacked Xbox 360 Controller PCB. It can be used as a stand alone board. *IF YOU WANT 360 COMPATIBILITY YOU HAVE TO SOLDER ON THE HACKED 360 PCB.
3) The TE Kitty/VLX and MC Cthulu boards support multiple systems by using RJ-45 or other 8 pin connectors. In essence you would have to cut the cable to a controller (PS2/XB1/DC/GC...) pinout the connectors by doing a continuity test with a multi-meter.
There is also a pinout resource chart available if anyone is interested I can always PM anyone the link. Match them up to the corresponding slots on the RJ-45 cable and viola!

Yeah it's pretty sweet having the convenience for multiple consoles. I had a buddy has the Kitty board, but I never got around to doing it before I obliterated my stick.

A TE will probably run you about $150 new.
