    Mmm margaritas.

Now to find something to play while drinking. Tried out Metalheart: Replicant's Rampage, because it looked reminiscent of old-school Fallout. Man, do I despise the voice acting, it makes me want to drill into my forehead.

I think I'll play some Stalker instead.

The most widespread disease I see on this forum is the dreaded Derpes virus.

Unfortunately no, I was told about them from a couple friends at work though. Honestly, I really need to get back to playing NV.

Dead Money is good, but its got a rather narrow sweet spot for what level you want to be. Honest Hearts is kinda short and combat-driven but probably worth it for the awesome scenery. Old World Blues is just flat-out the best DLC thus far (assuming you can tolerate a layer of pulp scifi cheesiness over everything, even if the whole story isn't quite that lighthearted).

The only downside is that each DLC increases the level cap by 5, so it all gets kind of ridiculous towards the end where you're walking around with 500hp and most of your skills maxed out.

Yeah, I definitely need to play NV again. Maybe it would give me more motivation/ideas for my EB romhack as well.

I like cheesy old-school scifi. It usually fits so well in the Fallout universe. I mean the Protectrons already look the part. DANGER WILL ROBINSON!

I bet there's some pretty epic perks at high levels too.

Not really. None of the DLC levelling perks are OMGAWESOME (but then, neither are many of the regular ones) except maybe for the Them's Good Eatin one from Old World Blues. Which basically makes every living foe have a 50% chance of dropping stimpack-level healing food that sells for a couple hundred caps a piece.

    Doesn't count as cannibalism either.
