Looks like OFW 6.40 is fake ._.

Of course it is, someone just merge the 6.37/6.35 updater, with some changes to the .SFO file.

Until we hear news from Sony, it is quite possible most of the 6.40 out there are fake.

Final Fantasy IV: Complete Collection. Thats all there is to it. The game is awesome if played previous FF games before.

Lol I'm sick of waiting for people to released new games so I just get CFW 6.39 PRO and I would said that was a smart Idea and I think people that are waiting for Signed games should just go ahead and upgrade to 6.39 Pro already..

Lol, that what have been suggested months ago, but some just too stubborn to use it.
If they worried about going for PSN, they can still access it using PRO.

Also, 6.60 OFW has been released, which patched the previous exploits found on 6.39(so no downgrader for now, and CFW/HEN of course).
and the good thing is, signed homebrew AND eboots still confirmed to be working.
