I think it was on Dreamcast and one of the characters reminded me of Goku. Idk how he transformed though. It was a fighting game too.

Most likely Power Stone and the guy was probably Wang-Tang.

This is going to be vague because it was around 10 years ago and I only ever played the game once at a friend's house, but I'm looking for a game that could have been a LEGO game (or a mini-game within) where you had to place springs, trampolines, treadmills and other contraptions to get your guy to the end of the level (think of a chain reaction, kinda like a Rube Goldberg machine). The character would start moving in a direction and you would place things in his path to get him to change direction, jump, etc.

Hopefully somebody knows what game I'm talking about, haha. I'll see if I can help anyone else out in the thread.

This is going to be vague, but lets give it a shot. I played this game at a friend's house once. It was a 2d side scrolling platformer for the playstation. It has bright, vivid colors, and the art style, from what i remember, reminds me of Rayman. Here's where it gets wierd, the main thing I remember about the game, was there was all these different... balls. And if I remember right, they were alive, and I think their homes were getting destroyed. I remember explosions and stuff at the beginning. I can't remember if you were one of the ball things, or if you were trying to save them. and getting different ones gave you different powers(might be wrong on that point)

That's about all I remember, and is hopefully enough to give someone else an idea of what the heck I'm talking about.

Default Can someone PLEASE tell me what this game is called (Gameboy)

    k, here is my problem
I loved this game as a child
but I could never finish it
I ended up loosing the cart that it was on (which had 5 other games on it)
and well, now that I know about emulation, I really wanna download this game and finish it
BUT I CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAME

I have been searching for months now and my friend told me that I should just try asking someone on this site

so here's what I know about the game: (for the Gameboy)
it's a grid based maze type game
EDIT: the game I'm looking for is more of an overhead view, and the ground is a grid, and you walk from grid square to grid square
you play as a man (duh)

you can select the stage at the beginning by choosing the boss (like in megaman)

the game involves finding a key in each stage, and then getting to a door which takes you to the next stage
I'm not 100% sure about finding a key, but I KNOW that you find a door to go to the next stage
also, there's this thing that you do, where he starts jumping rapidly on the ground ans the room your in changes
you usually have to do that a few times to get to the room with the door
you have to avoid some kind of enemies (also men, I think)

and, OH, this game has NO way to save (that I remember)
and this is one of the reasons I wanna find it now, cause I can use save states in an emulator, in order to finish it

now I'd just like to say that, while I don't expect anyone to go out of their way for me, I will be extremely grateful to anyone who can help me with this
I just need to know the name
I mean, there has to be SOMEONE who remembers this game

the cart that the game was on (if it helps) had Castlevania the adventures, flappy special, yakkuman, tetris, and space invaders
(don't ask me how I remember those games and not the one that was my favorite, it was pure luck that I remembered flappy and yakkuman, and I only remembered castlevania because my parents never let me play it, and well, space invaders and tetris are quite popular)
and the thing that was most annoying about the cart, was that it had a picture of hello kitty, along with tiny pictures of all the game boxes
and there was nothing on the cart that related to hello kitty... ANYWHERE

so yah, thanks to anyone who is able to help me

no it is not Solomon's Key or Lode Runner

looking back, the game seems kind of... bomberman like
the best way to sum up the description is to say that it is a cross between Solomon's key (or club) and Bomberman GB
    but still, not quite

    SOLVED

    it's SD Lupin the 3rd
thanks to Constipated Rat for finding this
    and everyone else who helped
in means a lot to me

If I remember correctly it's "Indigo Prohecy" or "Fahrenheit" for the Xbox and PS2. I've played it a while back, very good game.

    Was it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyper_Lode_Runner ?

I think the cart you were referring to is this one though: http://gameboyworld.weebly.com/bootleg-gb-stuff.html (about half way down the page, the 15 in 1)

no sorry but that's not it

thanks a lot for trying though

BTW, yes I know the cart is a bootleg
and it said it had over 100 but it was only the 6

    this is really getting annoying
I downloaded a pack with every Gameboy game, and put it on my ds so I could go through them all with my emulator on my ds
I've searched through many times (often loosing my place and getting mixed up) and STILL haven't found it
but I KNOW this game exists
however, there is a slight chance that this is a japanese only game
keep that in mind, and thanks for the help

No, that definitely wasn't it. The thing is, the emphasis wasn't on the ball thingies(I.E. this wasn't a traditional ball type game, like say super monkey ball) it was a legit side scrolling platformer. The ball thingies were just one element of what I remember. They may not even be balls, maybe tiny midgets thingies. Time has a way of distorting things. I'm just trying to piece together what I remember from the one time I played it.
Short of searching through a list of all platformers released for the ps1(which I'd be willing to do, if i could find such a list) I know this isn't much to go on but maybe someone will know what I'm talking about.
