I really wish I wasn't stuck being unable to decide what to play. This seems to happen whenever I get a new platinum or something, but ugh.

I think I might pop in Lords of Shadow and see how I fare on the higher difficulty levels. But ing that would take a decent amount of time.

And one of these days I swear I'll finish the FFXIII plat.

And then there are these other games I have, which have no trophy support at all. Poor neglected things.

This is the problem that I have. I think there are four games that I still want to finish playing, but I just can't decide which one to play, because indecisive.

No trophies = no play?

No trophy = relegated lower on the list, unless it looks really good.

On a more serious note, you guys sure have an amazing gaming stamina with these trophies. I messed around with some Steam Achievements once or twice, but I always realize that the time spent fucking around with arbitrary challenges could be instead used to play and experience new games and new stories. That's just the kind of gamer I am, I guess.

For me, it's more a matter of prolonging the experience of the game. If I pick up a game for $30, I don't want to have it last for only a couple of days. I could have finished Heavy Rain in two sittings and then never touched it again because I got the gist of the storyline, and then moved onto a new game. But I wouldn't be able to afford to buy games at the rate that I'm consuming them when I do that, so I'll get all of the trophies that I can. Getting a isn't mandatory (like MW2. I'll never get the for that, because lolfuckit), but grabbing some of those trophies can be a lot of fun.
