Argh, many people say that, but its not that great.
12 hour days, night shifts, i had to stand over a open sewer line for a whole day once, needless to say i couldnt eat lunch or dinner.
Like its good work, but its hard work....

Im hoping to be in a position to employ my RL mates soon, in about 4 years i hope.

For the pay, it sure seems like it. I might be a little snappy if I didn't get to eat .
