Ahh cash converters, I've found some bargains there. I was so glad when I found silent hill in perfect condition with all the bits and bobs for £1.50 I'll have to stroll by there to see what they have knocking around

Not sure I'd trust a laptop from there but I'm pretty sure they'll let you fully check it out before you buy it...

Everywhere has warranties nowadays, they'd probably be breaking the law if they didn't. Although if something's sold as spares/repairs then it's obviously got no warranty.

I'm tempted to do the same for both these Xboxes I've opened up. My original plan after borking the pc was to see if anyone would be willing to mod the xboxes for me and send them back if I sent them X amount of cash.

XBOXes will cost a ton to post.

Do they still work fine, just not modded?

Dissasembled them, put them back together, both run fine. (just had to take off the warranty sticker to remove the screws)

I could post you my memory card and my original copy of Splinter Cell so you can softmod them that way?

Nah, its cool But thanks for the offer, I wanted to try and put in this 160gb HD so I used the PC hotswap method. Can you do the same thing via that method? If so I can grab a copy of Splinter Cell from Crime Converters

So probably close to thirty to thirty-five hours of gameplay). If I was just playing through the games to beat them and never touch them again, I wouldn't be able to afford to buy enough games to keep up, and I would lose interest in gaming for a bit. And then my PS3 would start to make sad noises. It would randomly turn on and ask me what is wrong. Why don't I love it anymore? Why didn't I call to say I was going to be late last night? Dinner was laid out and everything.

    It waited up.

I haven't bought anything super short since Zone of the Enders. I always feel like I've gotten my money out of something once I've beaten it.

You would need to use Chimp to clone the hard drive from one to the other (also requires a molex Y splitter for the power, so you can power both hard drives.)

It's not the game that's the problem, it's getting the hacked saves onto a memory card so you can put them on your XBOX's hard drive...

Oh golly, this is already going over my head lol. I'm going to check out this method, if I can clone the hard drive I've got the bigger drive to make it an emulation machine. The splitter seems easy enough to get ahold of. And with that, its hit 3pm, I've got to be somewhere later, I'll catch you later, thanks for the advice dude, I'll catch you later, have a good afternoon

Thinking about selling my HTC Wildfire to stick the money toward driving lessons.

I'll get about £100 for it, I want to sell it before HTC drop the price on it again and it's worth even less. I paid like £160 for it last year.
