Just bought Tales of the Abyss for 17 bucks. It's my first Tales game and I'm only about an hour in (just turned it on to check it out), but I'm really enjoying it so far.
I almost missed out on it. I called in and had the store hold the only copy. When I got there, the guy in line right in front of me asked if they had any in stock. I literally cheered out loud that it was mine when they said it was on hold.
I'm a competitive game hunter...

Found a used copy of Fallout New Vegas for 17.99 at eb, enjoyable so far.
also wanted to try out one of those military type FPS games so I also picked up COD4 in a bargain bin for 10 bucks. Not bad, but I wish my compatriots would stay out of my line of fire

Based off a very, very high recommendation from a friend of mine, I bought Drakengard 2 (PS2) in mint condition off eBay for $12USD. She's going to lend me the first one to play through in a couple of weeks so that I understand the storyline. Or talk my ear off for a couple of hours until I tell her to shaddafugup and just start playing it anyways.Looks pretty interesting from the game play footage that I've seen so far.

Anyway, IDR if I posted about the gohastings purchase I made. Well they canceled the Wild Arms 5 part of the purchase (wankers).
Got my games in the mail from Ragnar today (Eternal Poison, Rogue Galaxy) and picked up a Disgaea 2 from Gamestop. Grabbing a complete near mint copy of Wild Arms 5 from a local store for a bit more instead now. I have lot's of credit there though so I won't have to actually pay anything when I go pick it up tomorrow. Pondering getting the first one, it's $25 there but again the credit, anyone know if I should be paying less?
