    Aye, that's what I meant.

Oh, and Shard, you meant the frame skipping under the GS tab? I've tried that and it always makes the game all flickery and shit.

Yes. As long as you don't set frames to draw and frames to skip too far apart, it shouldn't cause trouble. Tales of the Abyss didn't play nice with FS on, there were some general graphical issues with that though.

Cycle rate of 2 and cycle stealing at one seems the most stable. I almost had to force my computer off when I tried Zoe2 with cycle stealing at 2 .

Just 'cause Black Ops is my last played game on PS3 doesn't mean I actually like it.

I'll try messing around with it, though it still causes issues when they're not far apart at all. Not that I need to rely on it too much. I only get slowdown in the more demanding games. Like Valkyrie Profile 2. Or Rogue Galaxy. If you can run battles in that game at full speed, your PC kicks ass. Good thing I still have my PS2 for games like that.

You're right, I noticed that it's kind of the sweet spot that seems to give the best results. Speed hacks are awesome.

I'm tempted to save up some cash and get a JTAG 360. I would just get a flashed one again but I can't be arsed forking out money for DVD+R DL.

There are so many games released recently that I'd like to try before I buy (for PS3) like: Alice Madness Returns, Homefront, FEAR 3, Shadows of the Damned, etc. This way I can be a cheap arse and get the XBLA games I refuse to pay money for too.

EDIT: A CFW PS3 would've been good but since so few new releases actually work, it ain't worth it.
