I also typed up a relatively lengthy rant here before deleting it all. I'll judge the game after beating it.

    Oh boy.

You know that poor middle I talked about?

Yeah, that mostly happens during the second disc.

I was hoping you were wading through that already.

This is not going to end well.

Because it got you out of that horrible lifestyle of 1000'ing horrible games.

Oh yeah. I don't play utter shit anymore, well, I've still played some shit games (i.e. Aliens vs. Predator) but it was a game I was genuinely interested in.

I tried SOF again last year I think.

Enjoy, it's aged horribly. Terrible controls, terrible graphics, and the shape of the enemies is so Playstation 1. SQUARE HANDS BRO.

I remember it being awesome too, I played it on Dreamcast (lol load times were atrocious) but the gameplay and graphics were all good. (at the time)

Maybe...maybe at some point I was a PC gamer.

Yes. I recall playing Starcraft 1 and FIFA 99-2000.

IIRC the controls are default setup for WSAD, but the way that you move around isn't right, right turns you right and left turns you left as opposed to actually strafing. IT FEELS SO 2000 MAN.

Why bother, the full game should be like 520MB, it will take you the same time to look for the disc.

Also this is twice now that I've turned my PS3 on today with the intention of playing a game, then I just idle on the XMB then turn the machine off...
