CPU-Z will tell you the socket type and the chipsets supported by your motherboard.
Well I know (now) that it's a socket P.
What threw me off is that Celeron 530s are made in both P and M sockets, which i didnt know.
And when i ordered the CPU, they didnt specify what socket it was either so :\
