If you are not gonna take the advice then fine, its just easier to be liked then disliked, and if thats the way you see cycona, its sad that you cant see you are the very same when you fight with him/her or when anyone contradicts you.
Lets be straight, if you dont care about how everyone on a forum thinks of you, and you are not a troll, then why be here?
Pretty much this.
It's not difficult to be liked around here, you just have to act mature, be at least semi respectful, and don't chime in about stuff that you don't know about. Also, you don't have to be in every conversation (in particular in the Hang Out). If a couple of people are carrying on a serious conversation, and you toss in a smart-ass little quip that isn't really all that funny, you're gonna get hated on. I have the same tolerance for that as I do when people I'm actually talking to interrupt me in mid-sentence. I loathe it.
LOATHE.
I realize that you are young (as is frequently brought to my attention when I "rage" at you), but one of the glorious things about this newfangled innerwerbtz is that you don't have to act your age (lolpedophiles). When I first joined nine years ago, I always thought that the majority of people on this site (staff members, etc) were around 22, 23 years old. It wasn't until much later that I found out most of them were maybe only a couple of years older than I was (I was fourteen at the time). It's not about your age or anything like that, it's about the way you present yourself in conversations. If you act like a fourteen year old, you're gonna get hated on. If you act a bit more mature, don't take things too seriously, and learn when to shut your mouth when something doesn't involve you or you can't help, and you will fit in much better here.
We can't base our assumptions about you around who you actually are. I'm sure you're a nice kid, but all that I can see is what you post. And what you post, 90% of the time, is complete and utter trash, and it annoys the hell out of me, because that database space could be allotted for something more meaningful.
That being said, my son can pee standing up now, all by himself.
/wasted server space
(Seriously. I don't hate you, you just... irk me sometimes. Some of it is a personality "clash," and some of it just me in my cranky old age. If you start acting a little more "mature" [and I use that term lightly, 'cause it's rather ambiguous, but you know what I mean], then I think you'll find it a bit more pleasant around here. It's a nice feeling, when people are shocked to find out that you're not actually nineteen, like they assumed, you're only fourteen or fifteen. Which I used to get a lot. Now I get "you're... twenty-seven?" "No, I'm twenty-three." "... really?! You look older for your age." "I don't know how to take that...")

I think being blindsided by a drunk Irishman is probably worse than posting the occasional spam. However, the fact that Nemesis laughed it off is gold.
LOL "drunk Irishman".
That's like saying "also too".
