I've logged well over a hundred hours on it. It would be even higher if I hadn't reloaded a few times. I didn't like how many levels I ended up skipping on some item worlds.

That's a lot of time But yeah, I should hurry up clearing my backlog of games. I detest having purchased a game, not playing it and seeing the sequel announced or almost released

Uh, don't just buy a new video card. Make sure you actually have the proper connectors for it first. That's why I was asking if you had a PCI-E x16 slot. Most PCI-E x16 cards also require a PCI-E power connector. Since you said you've never opened it before, I wouldn't suggest just assuming it's there.
