    Part of it might be my Ram too, I only have 2 GB of Ram.

    Yeah. If you're getting visual lag, it's probably the video card.

    Right click My Computer, Manage, Device Manager, Display Adapters.

    Alternatively, type "dxdiag" into the "Run" prompt. Or the search prompt in the Start menu, if you're on Vista/7.

    NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430.
    Not that great of a Graphics card, but then again, my mom bought this as an office computer, while I use it for gaming and emulating

    Ended up getting a 160 from a used store here for the same price. I got Disgaea 3, Eternal Sonata, and Trinity Universe along with it. They were running a buy two get one free on everything except consoles and new accessories !

    Umm yeah, that's the problem. That's integrated video, and an old one at that. Is this a laptop or desktop?

    Do you know if the mobo has any open PCI-E x16 slots? They're the long ones in this picture, though the color is most likely different. Bottom one is a regular PCI slot, which you should have several of.
