Perhaps I'll finish LBP after that... or start on the first Uncharted.
    Not entirely sure which yet.
You played the second game in a series before the first ?

Game narratives tend to be a lot lighter and simpler than novel narratives. Easy enough to pick up whats going on without prior exposure, especially if you're familiar with the genre.

When I first picked up a PS3, I had my eye on Uncharted 2. It got amazing reviews, and the majority of people who played it said it was a fantastic game. The first game... not so much. From what I've heard, it's fun, but the second one is much better. Also, again from my understanding, you don't need to play the first one to understand what's going on, just if you want to pick up on every nuance. Which, honestly, I don't care about.

It's like playing Final Fantasy VIII before Final Fantasy VII. It doesn't really matter. Doesn't mean I'm confused or anything, as this game seems to have no relation whatsoever (with the exception of a returning character) to the first game.

There's a couple short references scribbled in Drake's journal as well.

    But that's about it.

Sadly, Sully bringing hookers to church doesn't come up nearly enough.

It's too bad I'll need to be going to bed shortly. It seems there is a Deception marathon to be had.

    Lightweights.

Real stoners build a vaporizer into their oxygen tank and disguise themselves as a decrepit septagenarian.
