It's just one of those internet usb stick jobbies and it's supposed to be unlimited for the first 3 months, so it should get fixed, didn't get the bill - just checked online. Still it's a bit worrisome as there's no way I could pay that. My downloads for the month were 190 gigs though....

I pronounce the "Gare" part the say way as "dare", "care", and so on. As for the whole thing... I've no idea, really. It's just a word I made up. Evans told me he pronounces it as "Gah-re-ji", which sounds cool as hell, so let's go with that version.

It sounds like you have a fair usage policy, they say you have an unlimited download but they cap your speed when you download over a certain amount and can charge you for exceeding a limit (250 gigs and 500 gigs are the two most common I see, it could be less for you if you're using a 3G Usb modem). That's my only guess tbh.
