If I knew who the fuck she was I would, plus she looked about 16 so I'd probably have to tkake it up with her parents, and after that conversation I'd end up burning her house down.

The jeans will be ok after a wash though ,it was just disgusting, and I liked the though of kicking her ass.

It's a fairly popular comic. The fact that he's based out of Victoria doesn't really mean anything. He's at the majority of the web comic conventions, is really good friends with a lot of popular American web comic artists (most notably Jeph Jacques of Questionable Content). Besides, being Canadian doesn't mean you're unheard of, even in the comic industry -- ever heard of Least I Could Do?
