I used to leave loads of games unfinished, now I'm correcting my behaviour by at least beating the game once. And sometimes I beat it more than once and go for the platinum even if I know it's going to take me dozen of hours. I pay for all my games and I need to know I'm not wasting my money, but since I never get games I know I'm not going to like, I enjoy what I play.
For me, the more I pirate a console, the less I play games on it and the less games I beat.
