Admittedly, Hershey's kisses aren't bad. But that's because they come already pre-portioned. So the urge to eat more than a small bite at a time isn't there.

This talk of bad American things reminds me:

    Never
    Eat
    Kraft
    Cheese

I've had much worse. Much, much worse. If you think mainstream american chocolate is bad, try eating something from an obscure chocolate factory that operates above the arctic circle. Or mexico. Or one of the off-brand imitations that peddle out of a wal-mart.

Like eating milk flavored fecal matter, it is.
Ah. Yeah I'm the other way around, I like my chocolate to be as chocolatey as possible. Milk is alright but dark is my favourite. I'm sort of tempted to see what the American Cadbury Dairy Milk bars are like though because they're meant to be manufactured by Hershey's too, I think.

Oh, have you had In-n-Out Burger yet? I've heard it's amazing, but the closest one to me is a bit farther than I feel like traveling. Also, was not aware until just now that they even had them in Texas.

Not yet. My aunt was telling me it's supposed to be really good though. I know I've seen one SOMEWHERE around here but I'm not sure how close it is.

Hopefully as good as the rest, otherwise I'll be thoroughly disappointed in america. Because then they can't even get it right when they're following a recipe.

What about Kraft Canada's cheese? It's gut rottingly delicious!

They also happen to be quite a deal stronger. I suspect the bars might actually be made out of melted hershey kisses.

I stopped buying Kraft cheese when I had a slice harden, it felt like hard plastic.

You're in California. I've been led to believe that there's one on every street corner.

Looks like there's one in San Juan Capistrano. That's not too far, I might try it while I'm here.

Cheese does that when it dries out. Don't worry about it.

Of course, it's kinda doing the same stuff in your arteries.

But then again, that necessitates that we call Kraft "cheese" "cheese". Which it isn't. Stuff's so processed it's barely organic anymore.

Ingredients are not all created equal. Unless they ship all the ingredients from the same place (including water) and in the same amount of time (because you know things can settle, etc.), there's a chance things will be different.

For example, There's a certain type of roll we always buy when we go to New York. When made with the same recipe in Texas, with the only difference being the source of water, the rolls come out like crap.

I've left real cheese out before, it never gets like Kraft does . It got like that in only a couple of hours too.

Back when I was in school, one of my partners in a cooking class managed to turn a tart into a cake.
