    Had just started junior high.

    Shit was real, bitches. Parents didn't even know.

    I also just realized that I started junior high eleven years ago.

    I'm not really all that old, but that fact still depresses me.

    Also, there was just something very poetic about the lyrics: "SHUT UP! SHUT UP! SHUT UP WHEN I'M TALKING TO YOU!"

    It brought tears to my eyes. Big, manly, testosterone induced tears.

    And haven't we all had days where we felt as if we were about to break, nearing some sort of metaphorical "edge" that we fear we may fall off and never return?

    Look on the bright side, in another 11 years you can remember it fondly when it starts being played on classic rock stations.
