Well, instead of another CD key, they issued me a coupon code so I can re-buy GTA IV, or any other game of the same price. (which in itself is amazing, since I bought the game in November of 2010) So now I have to decide if I want to try buying it again from Gamestop Digital Downloads and hope I get a good key, or buy it from Games for Windows Marketplace with my MS Points, and then get something different from Gamestop.

It was $4.99 at the time of purchase from Gamestop
