So it seems my laptop battery is completely shot.
Not only will it not hold a charge for longer than 45min, now the charger refuses to work if the battery is in.
This damn thing is falling apart.
List of things to buy when i get a job:
1. New fan.
2. Core 2 Duo processor.
3. New battery.
4. New charger, cause the one i have i've had to splice several times to keep it working.
About $250 should cover it

Have you checked your laptop actually accepts different CPUs? Because you can't just take a desktop processor and shove it in, you know?So it seems my laptop battery is completely shot.
