That wa the problem, I am not very skilled in using the brush effects, so I just used the hell out of the blend tool. It looks crap-awful in the "EP Blue" theme also.

I rarely use blend/blur tools. I usually work in gray scale, with sketches anyway.

Yeah, when editing images that re about 3000px by 4000, the blru tool works really well.

I see what you mean, and I can fix it up. It happened during the resize. Normally I double and triple check all of my images before posting them. This was the first resize.
