Once you've listed/sold your items, go to account > fees (I think it is) then it has a pay option, then you pay your fees. Simple as that.

When I have got to the bit where it shows me what the item page will look like, it says "click continue to set up seller page (one time only)" Its the only option so I click it and it re directs me to pay for the listing, if I leave that page the item doesn't list. . .

As long as you don't pay as a gift in PayPal you're still 100% covered if anything goes wrong as you can claim the money back through PayPal or you can do a claim through Royal Mail and get up to £39 back. You don't need eBay as well.

Oh well I'm sure whoever your postal service is offer up to £39 back as well if it goes missing. But if it's recorded it can't, really. As the postal staff can't steal it.
