Mathcore, such as it is, had some insane bands earlier on in its lifetime. early Dilinger Escape Plan, Converge, Gaza, Botch, Rorshach and such.

Deathcore really lacks for good distinct bands. When your biggest name is fucking Bring Me The Horizon, something has gone terribly wrong.

    I hear that, no doubt.

I used to have some Dilinger Escape Plan some years ago.

Saw Rammstein & Combichrist @ Vegas the other night, pretty good concert.
Combichrist was alright, they just did a 30 min. run. nothing special really.
Rammstein was good, happy to have finally gotten to see them live.

note to self: next concert, get pit seats.
When I want your opinion, I will diffuse it from you through osmosis!

Been forever since I listened to Rammstein. Are they really metal though? Not really imo.

A lot of the mainstream Deathcore bands suck ass, but there are some good ones that are non-mainstream.

As for BMTH, they suck ass, end of story.

Enh, I've heard a lot of industrial and I don't think they are. Not going to sit around all day arguing genres though so I'll leave it at that.

    U WANNA FIGHT?!

    just kidding

Yeah it all depends on the band I guess, some people say NIN is Industrial Metal, I personally don't think so.

Industrial Metal to me is stuff like Fear Factory, Ministry, etc.

Only when I'm in the mood to do it, and even then generally only on metal forums lol.

NIN are rock/pop with that kind of sound, like Rammstein imo but Rammstein is obvs a bit harder.

Newer Samael is industrial, I really like their Above album. Bands like Dååth, Aborym and Moonfire. Jesu a bit but they are pretty ambient.

I like Daath, and Aborym a little bit, I haven't listen to Samael since their first album.
