Milotic is a water type as you know so a good nature would be Serious and Rash. Go for Special Attack mainly and Special Defense both critical against electric types and water types. So grab yourself some Zinc and Calcium for your beloved Milotic
A good game to use for some pokemon help this is where i got most of my info actually and it's pokemon stadium 2.
It has an Academy that has a classroom where you can learn the basics and advanced stuff then be tested on each.
You can even battle trainers and learn strategies how nice!
The library is packed with knowledge involving everything pokemon from red to crystal so check out everything there!
