I would like to see Namco X Capcom, but as a fighting game rather than a strategy game.

Also a fighting game that consist of as many comic book characters as possible. So I can finally see Ghost Rider vs. Hellboy, or Hit Monkey vs. Spider Jerusalem, or possibly some other dumb implausible combinations.
