It really wasn't until the first Hang Out was created when I started to feel really comfortable here.

    Indeed .

I thought about scanning the Skies of Arcadia artbook, then I decided I didn't want to kill the spine . It has some pretty cool art though.

Good answer. As much as I love to show that kind of stuff off, I can't bring myself to potentially mar them.

If I had one of those fancy stick scanners, I would be more inclined to scan things.

God no. I'm not done yet.

That is the commentary, audio rip from the gameplay videos, combined audio and original gameplay videos.

Still have to go through each video and apply the combined audio (commentary/gameplay), then I usually convert that into MP4 after I've combined everything. I don't delete anything until the final step is done and I'm happy with the results, so there are a bunch of different iterations of the "same" files. (Technically, each of the commentary and in-game audio is repeated twice. Once for the original file, then the combined file has both audio files combined into one. All in WAV format).

    That would be pretty sweet.
I wish I had a lot more cool gadgets lying around, but I can't bring myself to waste money on that kind of stuff.

Too much work, that's why I don't want to do an LP.

It sounds like more work than it is. Doesn't really take that long, and a lot of it you can set up as a batch, set it and forget it.
