Ok Now I Have been bounced like a Tennis ball between Capcom support and SecuROM support about this for now over a full month. as you can imagine I am very tired and frankly pissed off.

I Need my copy of the games Activations Raised or Reset. Now before you give me the whole Automated "Talk to SecuROM we have no access to there servers" Dont bother typing that Im tired of hearing it. I HAVE talked to them they REFUSE to help me because CAPCOM has told them to REDIRECT all SecuROM Reset questions to YOU. Not Steam, Not SecuROM but YOU CAPCOM.

Here is there response just so we are crystal clear and on the same page:

I Hope this is more than clear as you have NOT Listened to me so far, I've been treated like to be honest Shit here for being a PAYING customer for one of YOUR products. as such I am now Demanding you fix this or send me some sort of Compensation for the waste of my time and the wasted money on the product.
