Warps or no? Reluctantly, I say no for content. Otherwise the vid would not be any longer than 10-20 minutes (unless we are having some really unlucky playtime...)

Really been debating getting laser eye surgery myself. It'll have to wait until next tax return time though. Since I actually owed taxes this year.

For content and rage wise, I'd say no. Especially since some of the later levels can get really freaking frustrating, and will probably provide a lot of "FUCK YOU BULLET BILL! GO SUCK MY COCK" from me.

BRB. Gotta go have sex with my NES.

I've toyed with this as well. But my tax return was $15, so something tells me I can't afford it off that...

I definitely think I will when I'm around 30. The only problem is that, while it corrects your vision, it doesn't stop it from getting worse. My dad got it though, and he's been fine ever since

It never happened the one time that I tried them, and I know I'm not disciplined enough to make sure I do it next time, so I'm just not worry about it.
Also, a pair of $200 glasses can last me for three years, usually, provided my son doesn't bend the shit out of them.

The weekend I went through 1, 2 and 3 I nearly put out my voice. Yeah, the bullet bills. At one point in mario 1, I timed the level accordingly so that I could run and jump just under the bullets, over the cannon and off a turtle. I gave up on that after 3 consecutive bullets came out, one touching the other and killed me. To this I raged.

Also, I'm just not seeing why people love linux so much. There's not really anything that I've found so far that is earthshattering, or better than Windows really. It's a bit lighter, but that's about it. It doesn't seem to be all that stable, and there are a lot of bugs in things because it's not all made by one central developer. It's just... meh.

I've had those moments quite a few times. Usually around World 5 or 6.
Also, fucking flying fish. I will fuck up by half a second and it will throw off the timing for the rest of the level so that the fish keep coming within millimeters of my face.
    Then one will hit me.
    And I will cry.

My friend had that done about a year and a half ago. He's had terrible vision all his life - his sight was actually so bad he wasn't legally able to drive a car even with glasses or contacts. Now he can, thanks to the surgery. It's been brilliant for him.

I haven't had any problems with stability or bugs, but I don't like how difficult it can be to use. I have a lot of trouble finding what I want when I'm in there, and the file structure confuses the fuck out of me.

Ah, that could be a problem. My eye doctor lady told me that my tear film is only ~50% of what it should be, so I have to take them out every night. Apparently if it's at 100% you can wear them for a week at a time :O I really prefer them because they don't get dirty or anything, I was always cleaning my glasses. Also my glasses were constantly in the way, and getting smudged.
I paid ~$140 for a 2+ year supply of contacts

I shit when they spawned out of the lava in Bowser's castle. The only reason I won was becuase I managed to keep the fire flower from the previous level.

    Wow, that's really bad
That must be great being able to drive though, I can't really imagine trying to live independently without a license.

I turned on the cube desktop thing, and it just broke the entire GUI. Also, any time I change something in the GUI it gets all artifact-ish, and I have to do a full reset usually. And yeah, that's definitely true. I don't understand a lot of the terminal stuff, and the file structure is just a big ball of fuck.

    I'm watching A Goofy Movie.
It just started, and they are at the part where Max does his little dancing thing on the school stage.
One of the guys pulls a lever and the principal falls down a trap door.

.... why is there a trap door on a high school stage?
