Yep. I was totally going to go for something involving animals, so that I could have the "hobby as a career" thing. But then I found out everything I was interested in required years and years of study for minimal payoff when you finally finished. Lots more debt in student loans and such with not so much pay. I love animals, but no thanks. I'll get a pet and become a nurse, thanks.
Pretty much. Everyone tells me that I should go into web programming, but in all honesty, I enjoy what I know how to do too much and have a lot of fun with it. If I went to school for it and spent 8 hours a day, five days a week staring a computer screen because I had to do it to pay the bills, I think I would end up shooting myself.

But it's a 4 year course to get it. Although I could probably do most of the classes online and finish it in about 6 to 8 years. Takes longer, but then I don't have to turn down any full-time positions that open up in my store because I'm in school.
I've told myself that if I don't have full time by next March, I'm going to see if I can get into this course and become a full-time student. Meanwhile, I'm going to take a couple of prerequisite courses in the fall via online, to at least get back into the swing of taking "classes" again.
