I spent forever looking for a box that had a book in it, too. Then I found out that the manual is supposed to be on the disc. I was having a terrible time last night trying to figure out an efficient way to use more than one ability at a time, so I was sort of hoping to have a manual to look at whilst I was actually playing. I suppose having it on the disc will be...interesting.

I had to get a confirmation, I thought my eyes were deceiving me.

You can map abilities to two buttons. I rarely used them since I play Soldier (yeah yeah, casual shootan dumb guy) but it's really handy to keep a shortcut to Barrier and the Medigel if you're in a tough fight.

I've never said anything bad about the ME series, ever.

I just prefer fantasy settings to futuristic space settings. Therefore, Dragon Age is more appealing to me.

And since Sprung's the complete opposite, I like to bring our differences up every now and then.

PS2's Ghost Recon is laughably awful.

    But I'm playing it anyway.

I chose infiltrator. Mapping to L2, R2 and triangle just felt weird. It's going to take me a bit longer to get used to controls that are sort of like DAII but loljk not really.

I know, it just seems unlikely.

I like to repeatedly state how terrible Mass Effect is to get a rise out of sprung.

    Mass Effect is terrible.

Mass Effect is so terrible that if it were a book, I wouldn't even use it to wipe my ass.

Careful, you don't want him to come up there.

There've just been other things I wanted to play first. And I probably would have bought it ages ago if it had occurred to me to try the demo.

Now I just have to play through the first mission, complain about how much I hate medieval space settings, and return it.

    It's Newfoundland.

No one wants to go up there.
