if you can maybe go for the 4550 / 4650 the 43's arnt all that and would be a bit of a waste, 4550 / 4650 would suit your needs better at your res last time I tried a 4350 it struggled to even play Street Fighter 4 at min settings 800x600. you could probs find one cheap on ebay too

4550 are slightly cheaper, the performance would suffer a bit or there isn't a lot of difference between each other?

Actually you would get a (id say) 15 to 20% faster framerate from the 4550

As you can see there there kinda the same except the 4550 has better bandwidth the 4650 would give an even better experience but if your on a tight budget id say 4550, if you can spare the extra bucks get a 4650

I'm only interested on playing exclusive or really, really better versions of games in PC (yes, yes, all games are superior in PC, but for example I'll play Mass Effect and Battlefield in my Xbox rather than playing TF2 on it), mainly Starcraft 2, The Witcher and something else I'm forgetting about.

They're in Spanish, and try to ignore the price, I can't buy off from Newegg or something like that, and that's the best PC store I can get stuff from. I'd just like to know which one is the best budget card I can get out of these four.

The rest of my specs are 1GB DDR2 (planning to get another GB by the end of the month) and a DualCore 2.70Ghz.

The 4650 is just a few bucks more expensive, and looking at some Youtube videos with that card in Starcraft 2 it looks pretty well for me.
