I tried that. Trust me, in the long run, it's not worth it. I worked all the damn time, I was tired, part time pay is shit, and they killed me dead at tax time.

Yeah, I'm starting to work on applying for full-time/part-time/any jobs myself. I have no professional experience though, so I sort of have to take what I can get, within reason.

I spent forever writing up a one page resume though, and wrote out my school experience to make it look more impressive than it actually is.

Just have to file an additional T1 when you are hired at the second job and make sure they take off enough taxes. And while it may not be great in the long run, I will end up needing it for the short run pretty quickly.

Mine gets wavy toward the ends. Which doesn't really matter if I'm just sticking it all in a hair clip when I wake up in the morning.

I've only ever had three jobs in my life, and I've been working since I was 15. My resume isn't that impressive either, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Ii thought I had that all planned out too, but what we didn't anticipate was the fact that the extra income moved us up into another tax bracket, and all our numbers were off. It actually cost me more in lost tax return than I earned at the second job.

I've had two, and they're not relevant to my current studies.

But being in a medical-related field means I can put snake pictures on my resume and it's completely relevant. I have a cute little Rod of Asclepius up in the top with my name and address and everything.

I don't think that would work for me .
