I get Ivolt signed up the last time they were open. He hasn't said whether he's gotten paid yet, but they start out kinda slow. At first I got one or two surveys a month, now I get at least one a week.
EDIT: don't get discouraged if they start you out with a lot of "Household Questions" surveys...those are not paid. They get info on your shopping and/or other habits, so they can tailor your surveys better. If you have to type "I AGREE" in at the beginning of a survey, it's a paid one.
