And after doing some research, ePSXe 1.5.2 is the most stable for online play....

Anyway, there was a tweet that MVC3 will get no more updates. I cried a little.
Then another tweet came along that basically said "OOPS WE MEANT SSF4 LOLOLOL"
I have never been more relieved and infuriated at the same time.
