    I remember kids that played it from elementary school all the way through high school. I can't say I've ever been that dedicated to a hobby in my entire life.

    Ive been playing since i was about 15, so 5 years.

    Its been a long time since ive actually played a match.
    All my good decks seem to disappear

    My friend bought a bunch of cards and then proceeded to never use them or play. Kind of a waste. Especially when you can just play online.

    I bought my last Pokemon card in 2001, right after going to see one of the movies with the younger siblings. That was after about a year of not buying any. Immediately regretted it. Only benefit is that if I actually decide to build a new deck, I have one more colorless monster that can copy opponents' attacks.
