I don't think any of this really matters. Obviously, I'm not suing anybody. Like you said, nothing's really original, people have just never personally heard certain jokes/music/concepts before. It's just more of a dickbag move to go out and intentionally imitate someone else at/around the same time they're doing it.

But if you never take your ideas further than your couch and they get "stolen", there's no one to blame but yourself.

I'd just go snag one at Gamestop, but I don't really wanna muck with modding it myself, even tho I'm good with a soldering iron ... lots of ifs/ands/ors when modding a PSP, it seems.
