Baking things is hard as fuck. Like, I don't think most people realize how hard it is to bake things from scratch. Especially bread. I want some raisin bread now. Or banana nut.
The next time I make raisin bread I'll just take the dough out and hand knead the raisins into it. Then put it back it before the next rise cycle happens. I'm sure it will turn out better next time. Maybe I'll try it again tomorrow.
