Biggest suggestion. Play tennis. A buddy of mine was 260 lbs. He played tennis all summer and watched what he ate. By November he was 180lbs.

Plus, I fucking love tennis. I played varsity freshman year, then got more interested in doing drama/jrotc.

I don't think I need to lose that much weight... If I just stop eating I lose incredible amounts of weight, it's awesome. I also have incredibly difficult times with simple tasks like standing for extended periods of time and focusing on things, but that's besides the point.
